As a specialized manufacturer of carrier tapes, which are essential for mounting electronic components, we have provided high-quality products for many years.

CAREERTAPE

Carrier tape is a strip-shaped packaging material used to safely transport semiconductors, electronic components, and connectors, and accurately supply them to automated mounting machines in factories.
By storing each product one by one in recesses (pockets) tailored to the shape of the component, sealing them with a protective cover tape, and winding them onto a reel, it prevents shifting, rotation, and popping out during transport.
It supports the manufacturing process of electronic devices by enabling stable component mounting on automated lines.

PRODUCT

To meet the diverse requests of our customers, Nishiki offers a lineup of products covering widths from 4mm to 72mm.
We can handle everything from micro-machined components (0201 size) to carrier tapes for large, irregularly shaped components with depths up to 23mm.
We also accommodate custom designs tailored to your component specifications, providing integrated support from prototyping to mass production. We contribute to the stable operation and quality improvement of your mounting lines.

Carrier Tapes for Ultra-Small Components

Carrier tapes for ultra-small components are high-precision packaging materials designed to safely transport and supply ultra-small chip components under 1mm in size, such as those used in smartphones.
To reliably protect these microscopic components, extremely high dimensional accuracy at the micron level is required for pocket molding. Advanced anti-static features to prevent component adhesion or flipping due to static electricity are also essential.

Carrier Tapes for Large, Irregularly Shaped Components

Carrier tapes for large, irregularly shaped components are packaging materials designed to safely transport and supply large and complexly shaped components such as connectors, LED parts, and precision electronic components.
With excellent rigidity and advanced pocket design, they securely hold heavy or thick components without rattling, preventing errors in automated mounting machines and realizing the automation and efficiency of production lines.

      A polystyrene material imbued with conductivity. It features excellent moldability and dimensional stability, suppressing component damage and foreign matter adhesion caused by static electricity.

      A polycarbonate material imbued with conductivity. It possesses high impact resistance and heat resistance, and is used in carrier tapes for precision components and high value-added products.

      A polystyrene material with anti-static properties that suppress the generation of static electricity. Suitable for applications where minimizing the impact of static electricity on components is desired.

    High-Precision Processing Technology

    With advanced precision molding technology, we can manufacture carrier tapes not only for 0603 and 0402 sizes but also for "0201 size (0.2mm x 0.1mm)".
    By making the opening radius (R) acute and minimizing the taper, we successfully suppress component insertion errors and components riding up.

    Quality Control

    We stably supply high-quality embossed tapes under a clean manufacturing environment and strict quality standards.
    By conducting dimensional measurement inspections at the micron level, visual inspections, and traceability management, we have established a stable supply system for high-quality products.
    Additionally, our Kyushu Plant is fully equipped with a clean room, enabling us to handle the manufacture of precision electronic components that require more advanced management.

    Additionally, our product supply formats comply with the international taping standards "JIS C 0806-3" and "IEC 60286-3". We contribute to smooth integration into your automated mounting lines and the improvement of production efficiency.
