OUTLINE
Pursuing high value-added recycled raw materials and new possibilities for plastics
The Synthetic Resin Division aims to realize a sustainable society based on three core businesses: recycling, compounding, and resin material sales.
We not only recycle plastics into resin materials but also return them to society as materials with higher value through our compounding technology.
Furthermore, by establishing an internal circular system that efficiently circulates plastics generated in our Food Container Division and Electronic Materials Division, we are working to create a framework for carefully continuing to use limited resources without waste.
< Recycling Business >

In the recycling business, we collect plastic products that have fulfilled their roles and scrap materials generated in the manufacturing process, transforming them back into resin raw materials.
By performing not only recycling but also the subsequent compounding internally, we return these to society as materials with even higher added value.

< Compounding Business >

In the compounding business, we handle everything from resin formulation design to development, prototyping, and mass production according to customer requests. Based on the material and formulation data we have accumulated and our wide range of adoption track records, we shape new possibilities for plastics. Our hybrid technology enables us to make proactive proposals while ensuring required strength with concrete numbers.

< Resin Material Sales Business >

In the resin material sales business, we store and ship the optimal plastic materials our customers need, delivering them speedily in requested lot sizes and at the desired cost.
We respond to the diverse needs of our customers with excellent material procurement capabilities, both domestic and international, including imported raw materials, and a reliable system for stably delivering materials.
RECYCLING
At Nishiki, we do not simply crush collected plastics; we process them carefully according to the characteristics of the material.
With our unique "Resource Extraction" technology, even materials that are difficult to recycle, such as painted bumpers and containers with stickers, are revived into clean raw materials by removing impurities through air separation and polishing.
From sorting and extraction to value-enhancing compounding and final inspection, we deliver reliable quality through an integrated system where all processes are smoothly connected.
